SUZUKI BANDIT

This section is going to be updated very soon with videos and pictures of days out with the beloved Bandit. Lots of new stuff to come with a full rebuild following the 'streetfightering' of my Suzuki Bandit as well as some videos as the performance increases with every upgrade. (to be done over winter so patience is required for this section!)

The first project after collecting the bike is giving her a full service. With all of the valve clearances checked the carburettors require a good clean out because of the years of brown sludge that has gathered in the float chambers and around the jets.

Carbs upside down, the jets are covered in a thin layer of residue. After a long bath of thinners the carbs are completely cleaned and ready for action. --see full article on the complete rebuild over this winter 2008.
